Marco’s unique sculptural works span the miniature to the monumental.
Innovative use of light has been applied to hand carved intricate, fragile and functional pieces which accentuate the beauty inherent in natural form.

His pieces have evolved over many years into a definitive series of works in
the classical European artistic style. These refer to important contemporary issues.

Through producing and directing collaborations with contemporary performers and other visual artists, he has sought to share his deep connection with the surf experience, meteorological phenomena, and to celebrate the new millennium & the idea of achieving harmony between opposing forces.

Through his company Marine Geo Pty Ltd (established in 1992),
Marco continues to undertake specific sculpture commissions, and to innovate through collaborative artistic endeavours.
